Thank you for visiting and shopping at Nu Life Botanica. Below are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.
Shipment Processing Time
All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
- Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery time after the shipment is 3-5 business days.
- Expedited Shipping: Additional options can be provided based on customer demand.
Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Nu Life Botanica is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Returns and Refunds
Thank you for shopping at Nu Life Botanica. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
Returns
- Eligibility for Returns: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
- Return Period: You have 7 days from the date of delivery to return an item. If 7 days have gone by since your product was delivered, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
- Proof of Purchase: To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Exchanges
- Exchange Period: Purchased items can be exchanged within 7 days of delivery. After this period, we cannot accept exchanges.
- Eligibility for Exchanges: Items can only be exchanged if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at contact@nulifebotanica.com or give us a call at (818) 290-3066 and we will assist you with the exchange.
Refunds (if applicable)
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Shipping
- Shipping Costs: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
- Shipping Time: We typically ship products within 2-3 days of order.
- Lost or Damaged Items: If your return is lost or damaged during shipping, we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item. Using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance is recommended.
Additional Notes
- Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale items, if applicable, cannot be refunded.
- We reserve the right to refuse returns or exchanges on items that are not in the condition they were sent out in.
